PreviewYou’re looking at a demo workspace in fixture mode — no real subscribers, no real spend.
Closed Loop Enrich

Settings

Compound Weekly's Enrich settings. With your own Apify and AI keys you pay Apify and OpenRouter or Anthropic directly, at their price, and Closed Loop never marks them up; Starter, Growth and credit packs run on Closed Loop credit instead.

Apify key
Person match looks each business address up on Apify (actor oday~mawsool-email-linkedin-lookup, public professional profiles only, never a logged-in scraper). With a key saved here, runs on this workspace use it and Apify bills your account; without one, runs use recorded fixtures and pay nothing. The key is sealed before it is stored; only its last four characters are ever shown.

No key saved — person match runs in fixture mode.

Find it at console.apify.com → Settings → API & Integrations. Owners and admins can change it.

The open preview is shared by every visitor, so no Apify key can be saved in it — every visitor’s runs would spend it. In your own workspace, owners and admins save an Apify token here.

AI key
Grade lists and draft segment offers with AI on your own OpenRouter or Anthropic account. The key is sealed before it is stored; only its last four characters are ever shown. One AI key per workspace — saving the other provider's key replaces this one.

Open preview: grades and offer drafts come from recorded fixture models, and nothing is paid. In your own workspace, a key saved here pays for them.

Your provider

Find it at openrouter.ai → Settings → Keys (set a credit limit on the key if you want a ceiling). Owners and admins can change it. Check key spends nothing.

The open preview is shared by every visitor, so no AI key can be saved in it — every visitor’s grades would spend it. In your own workspace, owners and admins save an OpenRouter or Anthropic key here.

Budgets
A ceiling on what Enrich spends in a calendar month (UTC): person match, company lookups and email checks on Apify, plus AI grades and offer drafts — on your own keys too. Runs stop before they would pass it, and a run's hard cap cannot be set above what is left.

$0.00 spent this month · no monthly cap

November 2026: $0.00 on providers (Apify) · $0.00 on AI. Starts again on the 1st.

Empty = no cap. $0 stops every paid step.

Prefilled on every new run: credit to leave untouched on your Apify account.

The open preview is shared by every visitor, so its budget cannot be changed — one visitor’s cap would stop everyone’s runs. In your own workspace, owners and admins set it here.

Team
Enrich uses this workspace's Closed Loop team: the same people and the same roles. Invite people and change roles in Closed Loop's Settings → Members. You are an owner.

Privacy

EU and UK contacts
For contacts in the EU, the EEA or the UK, Enrich keeps company-level fields only: company, industry, size, seniority band and job function. It keeps no name, title, location or profile link, and stores the same reduced answer in the lookup ledger. A contact counts as EU or UK when its address has an EU/UK country domain (.de, .fr, .co.uk, .eu…), when your list's country or location column names an EU/UK place, or when the public profile's location does. If you have documented a legitimate-interest assessment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for enriching these subscribers, record it here and runs will keep full profile fields for them.

Default: company-level fields only for EU and UK contacts.

Applies to lookups from now on; contacts already looked up keep what they have. Owners and admins can change it, and each change is kept with who made it and when.

Retention
Enrich stores the fields it derives, not raw profile data. A daily job reduces every lookup answer older than 30 days to company, seniority band, function and country. A later run reuses that reduced answer and never pays for the address again. A contact that already has its fields keeps them.

No lookup in this workspace is old enough to be reduced yet. The next lookup is reduced on 22 Nov 2026.

Delete a person
When a subscriber asks you to erase their data (GDPR Article 17, CCPA), type their address. Enrich deletes them from every list in this workspace, including +tag versions of the address, with their lookup answers, cached grades and write-back log. With the box ticked, the address also goes on Closed Loop's suppression list, so it is never enriched again, even if a later import brings it back. Only a hash of the address is kept, never the address.

The open preview’s data is shared with every visitor, so nothing in it can be deleted. In your own workspace, owners and admins delete a person here and owners can delete all Enrich data.

Delete Enrich data

Delete all Enrich data
Deletes every list, contact, lookup answer, grade, report, segment, offer, rubric, saved view, write-back log, email platform connection and API key Enrich holds for this workspace. Runs stop first. Your plan, credit packs and usage records stay (they are billing records), as do the legitimate-interest history and this deletion log. Your Closed Loop workspace and team are not touched.

The open preview’s data is shared with every visitor, so nothing in it can be deleted. In your own workspace, owners and admins delete a person here and owners can delete all Enrich data.
