Add a list

Upload subscribers from any CSV, or import them from beehiiv, Kit, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot. Lists are cleaned on the way in; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.

List name

Any ESP export works: up to 8 MB and 100,000 rows, comma, semicolon or tab separated. Only the email column is required. Invalid addresses and duplicates (including the same address with a +tag) are counted and set aside. Addresses are stored sealed; every other column you do not map is kept with the contact.

The open preview is shared with every visitor, so it imports synthetic addresses only (example.com, *.example, *.test). Import real lists in your own workspace.

Import from beehiiv

Reads every active subscriber of a publication through beehiiv’s API, 100 at a time, with emails received, open rate and click rate per subscriber. Cleaned and de-duplicated like a CSV; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.

Import from Kit

Reads every active subscriber of the Kit account, 1,000 at a time, with Kit’s sent, opened and clicked counts per subscriber over the last 12 months. Cleaned and de-duplicated like a CSV; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.

Import from Mailchimp

Reads every subscribed contact of an audience, 1,000 at a time, then each contact’s opens and clicks on the audience’s last 10 campaigns. Cleaned and de-duplicated like a CSV; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.

Import from Klaviyo

Reads every profile of a list, 100 at a time, then the account’s email events of the last 90 days, 200 at a time, for sends, opens and clicks per profile. Cleaned and de-duplicated like a CSV; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.

Import from ActiveCampaign

Reads every active contact of a list, 100 at a time in id order. Cleaned and de-duplicated like a CSV; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.

Import from HubSpot

Reads All contacts 100 at a time, or a list’s members 250 at a time and their contacts 100 at a time, with HubSpot’s marketing-email counts per contact. Cleaned and de-duplicated like a CSV; nothing is looked up or charged until you start a run.
