Which subscribers

An empty value never clears a field on Klaviyo; that subscriber simply gets no value for it. Klaviyo custom profile properties need no setup: they are made on the first write, so nothing is created in Klaviyo beforehand. Undo removes the values Closed Loop wrote and leaves the profiles as they were.

Nothing is written to Klaviyo until an owner or admin approves the proposal.
